Online Boutique Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to absolutely love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

 

✅ Returns

    •    Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.

    •    Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

    •    Final sale items (e.g., clearance or limited-edition) are not eligible for return unless defective.

✅ Exchanges

    •    Exchanges are allowed for size or color changes (when available).

    •    Please check availability before returning if you want a different item.

📦 How to Return

    1.    Email us at mollyandbearboutique@gmail.com with:

    •    Order number

    •    Photo of the item

    •    Reason for return

    2.    We’ll send return instructions and a prepaid return label (if applicable).

    3.    Pack the item securely and drop it off at the carrier location.

💸 Refunds

    •    Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method.

    •    Refunds are typically processed within 3–7 business days after the item is received.

    •    Shipping fees are not refundable (unless the return is due to our error).

🚚 Return Shipping

    •    If the return is a result of our mistake (wrong item, damaged, etc.), we’ll cover return shipping.

    •    Otherwise, return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.
